1809 Studios, located in Macedon, New York, has been solar-powered since 2019. The 12kW rooftop solar array, installed by GreenSpark and funded in part by NYSERDA, adds to the uniqueness of this re-purposed, 19th century Erie Canalside Tavern.
The 270 on East Apartments project in Rochester, NY consists of a 73kW roof-mount solar array installed by GreenSpark in 2022. The project is owned by Dyno Group, a Licensed Contractor and NYS-Certified MBE located in Buffalo, NY.

Powering Cornell University's Residence Halls with Solar Energy In 2020, Cornell University, located in Ithaca, New York, announced a 1 megawatt power purchase agreement to construct five solar arrays on the rooftops of its North Campus Residential Expansion.
