Village of Sodus Point Project size: 270 kW Completed: 2019 The Village of Sodus Point joined a solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to save the municipality more than $150,000 over the 20-year term. The 674 kW community solar farm is owned by Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure. The Village of Sodus PPA includes 270 kW of solar energy, which is 40% of the community solar farm. The Village of Lima partnered with GreenSpark solar for their 447.12 kW system. The project is owned by Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure, with the Village of Lima entering a 25-year solar power purchase agreement (PPA).

The Town of Irondequoit received funding for two solar projects through NYSERDA’s Clean Energy Communities Program.
