McGlynn Elementary & Middle School, GreenSpark Commercial Wind At the time of installation this Northwind 100 was just the second Northern Power machine to be installed in the lower 48, both by GreenSpark. The City of Medford’s project opened a new market for GreenSpark in public schools across the Northeastern United States. GreenSpark saw it both as a way to save the City money through clean, renewable energy and as an educational tool, teaching the youth of the City about wind generation.
