Matt Vanderbrook, GreenSpark’s Director of Commercial Origination, has over 15 years of experience in New York’s solar industry. As a renewable energy policy expert, he fosters strong relationships with utilities, communities, and stakeholders, driving over 200 MW of renewable energy development.

Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure (KSI)
Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure (KSI) chose GreenSpark as their local partner in building over 45 MWs across 15 projects, including a 17 MW portfolio of new solar capacity in 2020. KSI owns the portfolio, ranging from 4 MWs to 7 MWs, which serve communities across the greater Rochester, Finger Lakes, & Plattsburgh regions.
Pivot Energy
GreenSpark is providing the primary engineering, procurement, and construction services for six projects across Central and Upstate New York, owned by Pivot Energy, totaling 27.8 MW. The projects are all tracker systems, which means the solar panels move with the sun in order to maximize production. It has been a privilege working with Pivot, another Certified B Corp that focuses on providing a positive impact on society as measured by environmental stewardship, social leadership, and responsible governance (ESG) factors.
Lodestar Energy
GreenSpark was the trusted EPC provider for Lodestar Energy’s 2020 portfolio consisting of 18 MWs across Central New York. The portfolio included a 5.2 MW, 5.6 MW, and 7.3 MW solar array totaling nearly 50,000 panels.
Novis Renewables, LLC
GreenSpark provided the primary engineering, procurement, and construction services for five projects owned and developed by Novis Renewables, LLC, totaling 37.5 MWs. The projects span across several locations throughout New York State.
