The PV Installation Crew Lead role is an advanced position responsible for managing the installation of GreenSpark’s residential and light-commercial PV systems from beginning to end. In this position, the Crew Lead will coordinate with the Field Crew Manager and Design Team to manage all components of an installation for the most aesthetically pleasing and optimally functioning PV system. The Crew Lead collaborates with field personnel to achieve completion of each project with the highest level of safety, quality, efficiency and conformance to the original plans and specifications. GreenSpark Solar’s PV installers are responsible for supporting the Crew Lead in all aspects of PV project installation. The correct candidate is comfortable working with a team, with hand tools and power tools, around heavy equipment, using ladders at all heights, and carrying weight on roofs in order to install high quality, photovoltaic (PV) systems in accordance with codes and standards using drawings/schematics and instructions. We are seeking a Commercial Solar Developer to join GreenSpark Solar! The Commercial Solar Developer will perform management tasks related to the development of commercial scale solar projects. This individual will work with a multidisciplinary team including other members of the Origination team, legal and finance, engineering/design, and operations to manage projects from conception, through the development process, and leading to formal notice to proceed agreements.

We are seeking an Internal employee from GreenSpark Solar to fill a Commercial Site Supervisor I/II/III position to manage day-to-day construction site operations, serve as a supporting role in the management of light commercial-scale or commercial-scale solar construction sites, and operate in conjunction with and or under the direction of a Level II, Level III, or Manager of Site Superintendents depending on the incumbent's level.

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Design and Engineering team who will oversee the work of a small team of PV Designers in Electrical Engineering methods and principles. This candidate will be responsible for developing, reviewing, updating, modifying, and approving electrical design plans. The Senior Electrical Engineer will also contribute to the department by developing company practices in Design Quality Control & Assurance, and provide engineering support for the new and existing electrical/power systems of varying size and complexity.

We are seeking an experienced Residential Solar PV Installer to join GreenSpark’s residential solar PV installation team! This person will be responsible for overseeing various complex functions, including but not limited to managing the productivity of the roof crew, with little oversight or intervention. This position plans, leads, and performs the mechanical and structural mounting and wiring of modules, electrical equipment, and roof layout for any roof type according to the design.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join GreenSpark Solar! In this role, you will develop and manage the scope of work for commercial installation projects. This will include overseeing contracting, schedules, engineering plans/designs, construction and project close-out/commissioning procedures to ensure that project stakeholder commitments and company financial objectives are met. The Commercial Project Manager will report directly to the Manager of Commercial Project Management. An ideal candidate has direct project management experience, and is knowledgeable in the solar industry.
