GreenSpark Solar’s PV installers are responsible for supporting the Crew Lead in all aspects of PV project installation. The correct candidate is comfortable working with a team, with hand tools and power tools,  around heavy equipment, using ladders at all heights, and carrying weight on roofs in order to install high quality, photovoltaic (PV) systems in accordance with codes and standards using drawings/schematics and instructions. Our PV installers have strong technical problem solving and interpersonal skills. All of our employees take pride in representing our company and culture in the best light to our customers, community and vendors. Work largely consists of: 

• Transporting materials from ground to rooftops by way of ladders and lifts

• Completing roof penetrations, installing roof mounted rail systems, wiring solar panels, installing solar panels onto rails

• Installing conduit between solar arrays and inverter box, wire pulls and terminations
