Island of Tangier, GreenSpark Commercial Solar

Island of Tangier, GreenSpark Commercial Solar GreenSpark built six solar arrays for the Island of Tangier, VA totaling 72kW. The Virginia Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy (DMME) funded the island’s renewable energy project with an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) grant. The installation sites included the police station, town office, water waste treatment facility, fire station. New York State Thruway Authority Commercial Wind

New York State Thruway Authority, GreenSpark Commercial Project GreenSpark was hired by Kandey Company to install five wind turbines for the New York State Thruway Authority. These five wind turbines produce power for toll booths, rest stops, and maintenance facilities from Buffalo to Erie. The five locations are Westfield, Silver Creek, Riply, Eden-Angola, and Dunkirk. All five of the turbines are also Vergent 275kW. Organizations of all sizes have taken advantage of clean and local energy to help power their businesses.
