Matt Vanderbrook will be presenting at RE+ Northeast in Boston on February 23rd. This is a conference focused on solar and energy storage, and it’s put on by SEIA (Solar Energy Industries Association), and SEPA (Smart Electric Power Alliance).
Matt will be talking about the University of Rochester integrated solar plus storage project for their net-zero building, details below.
The University of Rochester recently installed a first-of-its-kind integrated solar and energy storage project for a net-zero building, which provides valuable data related to solar energy and storage performance within a northeastern climate setting to promote wider scale deployment throughout the region. The project, funded by a $1 million NYSERDA grant through the REV Campus Challenge, contributes toward New York State’s goal of 70% renewable electricity by 2030.
Hear from GreenSpark Solar, the Rochester-based EPC & renewable energy leader of 20 years, and learn more about this unique project and the community partnerships involved.
