GreenSpark Solar developed, designed, and installed a 2.3 MW solar array for the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). The 2.3 MW solar array, located just South of the RIT campus off of Miller Road, began producing power in 2018 for the institution. The project is owned by SolRiver and received funding through NYSERDA’s NY-Sun Program. The solar array offsets RIT’s campus electricity needs through a Power Purchase Agreement.
