The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) recently announced a change to their residential solar incentive. Projects that have previously been disqualified may now be eligible for solar energy due to a change in the total solar resource factor (TSRF) percentage. Don’t let us bore you with our solar lingo.
