What It Takes To Become A NYSERDA Gold Quality Installer
To achieve Gold Quality status, NYSERDA conducts 12 random on-site field inspections of completed projects, evaluating workmanship and system performance. Installers must maintain an average field quality assurance score of 4.0 or higher on a 5-point scale, demonstrating consistent excellence year after year.

“Installers that earn the NYSERDA Gold Quality Solar Installers designation consistently meet high-quality standards for three consecutive years or more.
