Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority, GreenSpark Wind Project

GreenSpark installed its sixth Northwind 100 in the Northeastern United States, fifth in the State of Massachusetts, with a 100kW at the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority’s (CCRTA) Operations and Maintenance Facility located in Dennis, MA. The CCRTA received a $700,000 grant from the Federal Transit Administration through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act last year and in turn hired GreenSpark to provide wind turbine development and construction specific knowledge to the project’s design and construction phase.
