GreenSpark Solar Named to the 2025 Rochester Top 100 List of Fastest-Growing, Privately Owned Companies
Rochester, NY (November 7, 2025)—GreenSpark is pleased to announce that for a sixth time, it has earned a spot on the 2025 Top 100 list of fastest-growing, privately owned companies in the Greater Rochester/Finger Lakes region. At the Top 100 awards celebration held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce revealed the ranking of this year’s list to over 1,500 business leaders in attendance.
As a leader in the clean energy industry, GreenSpark achieved a record-breaking year of installations in 2024. It was a year of growth on all fronts: solar energy led the way, battery storage reached its largest share to date, and GreenSpark extended its reach and impact to more communities than ever. The company installed over 112 megawatts of clean energy capacity across projects in the Northeast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic—its largest year yet for both solar and storage. This milestone helped earn GreenSpark recognition from Solar Power World as the top-ranked solar installer in New York State and the nation’s number one Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for community solar projects, based on capacity installed.

To be eligible for the Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100 program, companies must be privately owned, headquartered in the nine-county Rochester region, and have earned at least $1 million in revenue in each of the three most recent fiscal years. GreenSpark ranked 32nd in this year’s Top 100 List.
