The solar array spanned 12 acres of land just outside the Village of Potsdam and will generate close to 10 percent of Clarkson University\u2019s electrical needs.<\/p><p>Support for this project came from New York State Governor Andrew M. Cuomo\u2019s NY-Sun initiative, which is administered by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA).
